Enrollment Leadership Council
Charge
The charge of the Enrollment Leadership Council (ELC) is to give special attention to three areas:
- Increasing the effectiveness of recruitment, marketing and financial aid programs directed at new freshmen.
- Improving success in recruiting transfer students, particularly from Iowa community colleges.
- Retaining and graduating existing students.
Activity
The Council meets monthly to examine overall recruitment and retention strategies and goals.
