Administrative Support Programs Advisory Committee

Charge

The Administrative Support Programs Advisory Committee advises the Executive Vice President and Provost on functions and programs that report to the Office of the EVPP and that are not included in other resource management pools. These programs and functions currently include administrative elements of the Office of the Vice President for Research and Economic Development, the Graduate College, CELT, Institutional Research, the Honors Program, the Study Abroad Center, the Women’s Center, and PWSE. Its deliberations are informed by advice from the respective administrative units, with clear accounting for all advisory committee recommendations and commentary. The committee's primary roles include:

• make recommendations on the annual distribution of revenues, reductions, and allocation changes among units within the administrative support programs pool
• identify and/or prioritize long-range initiatives pertaining to functions and units within the administrative support programs pool
• provide advice and input to the Executive Vice President and Provost regarding the annual preparation of budgets for the functions and units included in the administrative support programs pool
