Capital Projects Advisory Committee (CPAC)
Charge
Capital project information is submitted via a vice president to the Capital Projects Advisory Committee (CPAC) for review of all capital improvements greater than $250,000. The Committee is advisory to the President, and the President's approval is required to move from one capital project planning phase to the next. Final approval of a capital project plan by the President results in submission to the Board of Regents for approval. In addition to the CPAC, capital planning includes faculty, staff and administrators from the department/unit that will benefit from the project, and planning staff from Facilities Planning and Management.
Activity
The Capital Projects Advisory Committee meets on a 4 to 6 week schedule throughout the year.
