Identity Theft Prevention Committee
A federal law, called The Fair and Accurate Credit Transaction Act of 2003, requires covered entities to create and maintain a program to prevent identity theft, train affected employees, and create an oversight committee.
A training program was conceived and implemented relating to red flag identifiers in identity theft situations.
