Women's Leadership Consortium
Charge
The mission of the Women's Leadership Consortium is to facilitate coordination of programs and initiatives; to serve as a resource to administration; and to encourage the advancement of women into leadership positions.
Activity
The Consortium reports to the vice president for diversity and inclusion who may appoint a convener to facilitate meetings. The Consortium meets three times each semester to share information and plan joint initiatives. The Consortium maintains an updated website and sponsors programs and events. In order to review accomplishments and plan for the following academic year, the Consortium holds a retreat every summer.
